Old Brewery barn is on part of the site of an old brewery in the picturesque village of Tirril. As well as a stunning exterior of handcrafted stonework and Siberian burnt larch cladding, the Old Brewery barn boasts off-road parking for up to 5 cars as well as large outside areas with views.
inside there is a large open plan living space with a brand new kitchen and wood pellet stove heating the water and central heating system throughout On the ground floor, the "Master Brewer" bedroom leaves a generous amount of space around the Supeking size bed (which can be split into two singles if requested) and has its own generous ensuite with a shower. As well as a generously sized open plan living area and well equipt kitchen, there is also a good-sized boot room/laundry where dog equipment of cycles can be stored securely as well as washing and drying facilities.
on the first floor, there are two bedrooms, the larger, being named "apple" due to its proximity to our cherished apple tree, has a superking sized bed which can be split into twin singles if requested, as well as its own ensuite with shower
just across the hall is the "chapel" room, so-called for its view of the nearby chapel, its bathroom is adjacent to it and boasts a free-standing bath for long evening soaks
outside, as well as the large parking area, there is a gravel garden with a table and chairs and a good-sized lawned area
