hello! we hope you come and stay at our home for your trip to northwest arkansas We love this little house and we think you will too.
the space:
our house is located on a bluff less than 1/2 mile from a little sugar mountain bike trail entrance This makes it easy to jump on and off the beautiful trails Bella Vista has to offer.
guest access:
we offer access to our whole house, which includes an rv hook up and parking next to the house The RV hook up is best suited for up to a 30’ RV. Just let us know in advance if you plan to use the RV hook up and we will have it ready! We have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and common spaces for a group of up to 6 comfortably. The backyard is my favorite spot to sit on nice days. There is a nice, large deck in the back and can be accessed from the kitchen or the master bedroom. With so much natural beauty, you can’t help but to drink your morning joe outside.
there is a smart tv in the living room with all the streaming apps feel free to use any and all of them, just don’t forget to log out before you leave!
we have an attached garage to keep bikes inside and also allows easy access to come and go as you please There is a bike cleaning station and a bike rack for up to 5 bikes in the garage.
the neighborhood:
this home is close to bike trails, hiking trails, waterfalls, a grocery store, just a few minutes drive to downtown bentonville
getting around:
the best way to get around would be bikes or by car while you stay here
