level 1: there is a game room with a ping pong table that offers fun for the whole family on this level There is a bedroom with a bunk bed set and a single bed with a full-size bathroom. You will also find a large wet bar to keep all of your drinks cold while at that pool. The washer and dryer are also located on the bottom floor. The game room leads you out to the pool area, where you can enjoy grilling out on a nice night. There is a hot tub for relaxing on cool summer nights along with a 12X24 pool. It's the perfect spot to come back to and just relax after a fun day on the beach. there is also an outdoor shower!
level 2: walk into the house and there is a staircase heading downstairs and a beautiful lounge area that is center to all bedrooms on this floor There are 4 bedrooms including 2 Kings, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds on this level. There are also 4 full-size bathrooms connected to each bedroom. On the left side of the house, there is a wrap-around deck that has a staircase in the back that looks out and leads to the pool.
level 3 (main level): this level has a bright and airy living area with lots of windows, seating, and a tv plus a beautiful kitchen fully equipped for a big family dinner The dining area has seating for 10 people with a beautiful view of the outside. The cute breakfast nook is to the left of the staircase. There is a half bath in the main area, as well as, a Master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full-size bathroom with a beautiful view and deck access.
