the house sits on 17 acres lined with enormous trees and adjacent to conservation land. The private coastline offers easy water access on idyllic, calm Mussel Cove. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available for your use. (Water access is tide-dependent. We have a very large tide in southern Maine, and water sports access is available only at and surrounding the high tides, which occur twice a day.)
the heated pool (summer only) was renovated in 2022 New lounge chairs and Adirondacks are provided. The pool area also has a Solo Stove fire pit.
