Roomy three bedroom, three level home on the ocean. Rated five-stars since its initial listing ( globally) in 2015. we have hosted families from Paris Fr., Hong Kong, Australia, as well as numerous states here in the U.S.
the open-living main floor has maine granite counter top kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with hardwood floors and cathedral ceiling All three floors have large picture windows which provide beautiful views across Penobscot Bay with breathtaking sunsets. The main floor also has a 3/4 bathroom with oversize shower. A three season sunroom on the south side and front of the home, with a wide wrap around deck on the west and north sides.

the lower level has two bedrooms, full bath, and laundry room Bedroom 1 has two twin beds. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed, both offering amazing ocean views and walk-in closets. This lower level opens onto the large front lawn ( facing the ocean ) for games and family outings, large picnic tables, stainless steel barbecue grill and lobster steamer. All tools/utensils are provided, incl. gas bottles.
