our 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villas are a stone's throw from the beach with everything you'll need for a great beach vacation
along with the contemporary furnishing, custom hardwood floors and staircases, exotic tile work and incredible direct oceanfront views; each villa also has its own private tropical garden/deck area with your own private in ground spa
included are beach towels, beach chairs, toys, body boards, and umbrellas; along with full sets of linens and towels for each bedroom and bath Plus the villa has a full size washer/dryer in your own garage where the beach equipment is also stored.
both bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs The master suite has a king bed and french doors leading to a private oceanfront balcony with an incredible oceanfront view. you can even watch the rocket launches from your private balcony!
the first floor of each 1490 sqft villa has a full kitchen, dining area, half bath and living room opening to your private, fully fenced tropical garden with hammock, barbecue, and your own private in ground spa
if you are traveling with your four legged friend(s), they'll fall in love with laying around on the cooling french terracotta and marble floors and the early morning beach walks Plus there's a good dog park nearby.
