Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a beautifully renovated kitchen, separate central AC systems and individual washers and dryers. Perfect for the group that wants togetherness on the beach or the many decks, porches or courtyards around the property, but prefers privacy when it comes time to sleep and a full private bath for each bedroom.

An ocean front balcony spans the width of the back of the building and offers a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while the sun rises. The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combination, while the 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a stack washer and dryer.
