our unit is nestled in the back of the desired oceanwalk complex, a 16 acre, beautifully landscaped community with century old oak trees and a stockedfishing pond The condo features vinyl planking/tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is equipped with all the standardappliances and fully stocked with everything one may need to prepare meals for the duration of theirstay if they choose. Open floor plan with a dining room off kitchen all overlooking the living room. Comfortable sofa (with queen sleeper), a large 55 HD Smart TV (WI-FI and cable) and wonderful deckwith plenty of light and seating to enjoy reading time or morning coffee. The primary bedroom suiteoffers a king bed with walk-in closet and TV (WI-FI and cable) and bathroom with tiled tub/shower andwasher/dryer combo. Take our 2 bikes for a spin down to the beach or around our beautiful island. Unit comes equipped witheverything the family would need (beach chairs, wagon, pack n play, highchair, toys, cooler and beachtowels). best of all is the great restaurants, pubs, shopping, and the pier village within walking distance!
