this is a two level townhouse where the first floor (entry level) has a full living area with a 70βtv and a full size sleeper sofa able to accommodate two Walk a little further in and you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath. This level also has a bar area with sink, wine cooler and ice machine. Go up the stairs and find the full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, living room and full bathroom with another 70β TV, balcony over looking the marina and endless ocean views. On the balcony you will find a bar height table with 4 chairs, loveseat couch and single person couch. This level also has the primary bedroom with a full bath, a King Size bed with a Roku 40β TV and another guest bedroom with two full size beds and two extra twin size mattress under the beds. A Golf Cart, Two beach cruiser bikes, two paddle boards and a kayak are also included. This is just a great place for families to get together and enjoy paradise.
