We also have a private sandy beach for Bay access, and a private jetty with a Tiki hut. The new pier is designed to accommodate two or more larger boats. There is also a gas grill, a year-round “Pool Room” featuring a wet bar and ice machine, a Sonos sound system, a TV, and plenty of outdoor sunbathing spots, as well as ample parking. The laundry room boasts 2 washers and 2 dryers for maximum convenience. Please note that access to the property is limited to rental guests only.
