located within walking distance to the gualala supermarket, restaurants, and even our office, this home is the perfect relaxing getaway from the city while there is no direct beach access, you'll be minutes away from the gualala bluff trail and the gualala river, where you can paddle board, picnic along the river, and even kayak!
the living room is furnished with a smart tv (netflix, hulu, disney+, etc) over a cozy electric fireplace and comfortable seating. Right behind the living room is the family room with amazing blue water views.
the private balcony is equipped with a bbq grill and patio seating Enjoy your morning coffee out here to soak in the views. The kitchen comes prepared with a drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and more to make you feel right at home.
when it's time to call it a night, head to one of the two bedrooms The main bedroom holds a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and an additional den has a sofa sleeper. A full 2nd bathroom is available for guests to share.
