escape to this little piece of paradise and relax on the quiet and lovely sandy beach or by the pool that is right outside your patio door The villa is a corner unit and away from the pool. Located in the quaint village of Bodden Town, away from the hustle and bustle of 7Mile Beach, and within walking distance to some shops, fish fry on the beach and a few restaurants. The villa is also centrally located between Rum Point, Kaibo, East End and 7mile Beach.
a rental car is not included however highly recommended as the island is too beautiful not to explore you can rent a car from the expedia website for as low as $9/day! just choose "gcm owen roberts international airport" for the pickup and drop off location as the rental car companies are a 3-5 minute walk from the airport entrane/exit doors :)

***sleeping arrangements: please note that the condo is better suited for 4 guests (the second bedroom has two twin size beds) as additional guests will have to sleep on the basic sofa bed in the living room or a queen blow up mattress (stored in one of the bedroom closets) if you would like to save money on accommodations, the unit can sleep up to 8 as i do not charge extra for extra guests so please be mindful if you are tryng to save on accommodation costs and do what you can to keep the condo clean and tidy***
arrival/departure:
i try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on thesamepage.
only in the summer months, there may be some sargassum/seaweed on the beach that mother nature gifts us which is out of our control and the landscaping team works diligently to remove as much sargassum as they can on a daily basis There are several beautiful beaches around the island that you could explore and the property is stocked with portable folding beach chairs, cooler and some beach goodies you bring with you to enjoy when exploring.
for bookings that are 14 days and longer, one complimentary maid service will be offered every 7 days
travelling with a group of friends/family and need to book extra villas?
villa #5 (property id 3176061) and villa #10 (property id 2769533) are in the same complex and within steps of each other so you all can be close and still have your own space
