Positive: It's a TARDIS!!! It's larger on the inside!!!! The bed was high and I was concerned about getting up/in it, but it was very easy. And it was really comfy My Grand nieces had LOTS of room to run around - and they did! The layout was so functional, kind of quirky but it flowed beautifully. We loved the proximity to an easy access beach, too
Negative: I hope you find these comments helpful In the bedroom with the king-sized bed, the outlets on the left side at the head of the bed didn't seem to work; the night light didn't turn on; we tried both top & bottom outlet and the light didn't come on, and I had to plug my CPAP machine in another outlet. The knob on the bath room door between the Bunk/Queen size room came off in my nephew's hand this morning and he simply put it back on the door without fixing it. And lastly....I'm a bit older (okay, in my 70s) and I'd really like to see safety bars for those with mobility issues by the toilets and in the bathtubs/showers. This is the 4th house we've rented and we LOVE the feel of being in a home and it's ALL kinds of less expensive than motel/hotels. But those establishments are required to install safety measures for those with mobility issues, I know. It would really a thoughtful and APPRECIATED feature in the bathrooms of these houses that are for rent.
Summary: All in all we feel we got a LOT of value for the price.
