two story home with backyard Home has a total of 7 beds (1 King, 2 Queen, 2 twins, and 2 twin sofa beds). First floor has an open floorplan with a living room, large fully loaded kitchen, and ½ bath. Sliding door from the living room leads to the entertainment backyard. Second floor features a large master bedroom with a CA King bed, Twin Sofa-Bed, TV and a full bath. Second bedroom has a Queen bed. Third bedroom has a Twin/Full Bunk Bed with Twin Trundle. Game Room features Twin Sofa-Bed, Shuffleboard, Dart Board, Games, Smart TV, X-box and patio door that leads to a backyard deck with lounge chairs and gas fire-pit. There is also a separate laundry room with washer/dryer.

water vessels: per oak shores hoa rules and regulations, front gate form must be filled out 24 hours prior to your check in day with ‘cf’ number for all water vessels ($25/day); if not received timely, late fees will apply ($300 fine+ $50 for boat) please contact property manager to fill one form ***if you are bringing a watercraft it must be clean, drained and dry and not have been in a mussel infected body of water 30 days prior to arrival***
