Positive: Great location, clean room.
Negative: Room had not been cleaned by agreed arrival time (which was an hour after normal check in). Heating had been set high and the room was u bearably hot with a window which could only open a small amount. The hotel forgot to send me my check in instructions, so I had to ring 3 times to get through to someone for the front door code.
