- pets are not allowed on the property
- no smoking inside, except in designated areas
- no unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- tank water is safe to drink as we have a filter installed
- telstra, optus, vodafone, 2degrees, spark have good signals
- due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- keep in mind that bbq grills and outdoor fire pits just need to make sure they where being ‘fire safe’
- dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire please put out your cigarettes properly
- we pleasewould like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
