two master suites with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms, flat screens tv's and direct access to the ocean view terrace with the lounge style furniture Bedrooms #3 and #4 have queen and full size beds respectively. There is one more bathroom upstairs.

living room has pool table, flat screen tv and floor to ceiling sliding doors to the backyard Good size kitchen has high end appliances, island/breakfast bar with seating for 5, pantry, microwave, dishwasher, sliding doors to the outdoor dining area. Also downstairs there are two separate seating areas: library with piano and den with fireplace. Dining room has a table for 10 and sliding doors to the outdoor dining area.
