A spacious, double storey timber holiday lodge with hot tub and triple fishing peg on the water's edge at Duck Lake, a picturesque 4-acre fishing lake within Tattershall Lakes Country Park, in the heart of Lincolnshire.
with a modern, open-plan interior, nightingale lodge at tattershall lakes is ideal for families and friends to enjoy a well earned break Well-appointed throughout, this detached holiday lodge offers two ground-floor bedrooms, one with twin beds and bunk beds (can sleep 4), the other having a double bedand French doors opening onto a veranda with amazing viewsoverlooking the lake. The ground floor has abathroom with a luxurious roll-top bath, basin and toilet. Finishing the ground floor is the large kitchen diner withlarge TV and enjoys french doors onto the veranda enjoying the fantastic views. The kitchen has been fully replaced in 2023 to a great modern style with brand new appliances.
a spiral staircase leads you up to the first floor, where you will find the lounge, with comfy seating and a large flat screen tv French doors take you out onto a veranda where you can enjoy superb views over the lake all through the year, and is the perfect place to sit and perhaps on some days enjoy a flyby by the locally based Battle of Britain memorial flight. The first floor master bedroom and ensuite / shower room also has its own veranda looking from the front of the building in a semi woodland setting.
