enter through front door as you pass sea grass and hydrangeas - cape cod's official flower! you immediately notice the high ceilings and floor to ceiling fire place anchoring the living room Watch TV, read a book or chat with the cook in the kitchen - whatever you choose to do you will be doing it in style and comfort! New L-shaped sectional, chairs and coffee table turn this open living room into a cozy, intimate space.
just a few steps and you're in the open dining and kitchen area with sky lights to let the sunshine in Dining room will be able to seat 8 to 10 guests. Kitchen has all you need - stainless steel appliances - fridge, stove and oven, dishwasher, lots of countertop space with a separate work area for preparing meals.
check out the sunken sun room off of dining room Coastal decor and wicker furniture let you know that you are on the Cape! Find some games, puzzles and cards in the bureau for family game night. Again, high ceiling and sky lights give the room a very light and bright feeling. The tile floor adds to the coolness of the room.
you will find sliders to back yard on one end and a door to the front yard to driveway area on the other end The sunroom also opens up to the garage where garbage, beach chairs, etc. are stored. Garage also has a door to the back yard.
