▻ package delivery - we do not guarantee the package can be retrieved from the mailbox or that it will arrive safely We recommend sending packages to a local pick-up spot instead or requesting the carrier to deliver to the front doorstep (if you need to send to the home).
▻ pet policy - this unit is pet friendly, but we do ask for a $100 non-refundable pet fee with an additional $50 for each extra pet The Pet fee goes towards deep cleaning the property.
