Enjoy Ocean City NJ at our newly renovated boho bird nest. Located on the third floor of our private residence in the beautiful gardens section. Not a far walk or bike ride from the beach or bay. Featuring two bedrooms, one full bath and a beautiful open concept great room/ kitchen and dining area perfect for enjoying the family.
the space
we named it the birds nest because all the beautiful windows in the great room make it feel like you have a birds eye view of ocean city Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the panoramic view. The open concept design is perfect for entertaining and enjoying one another's company. The newly renovated bathroom also has a small stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The apartment features two bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. There is a full size pull out sofa in living area. Soak up the morning sun with a hot cup of coffee on the small deck. We are almost equally distanced from the beach and the bay. Very close to fishing and water activities on the bay.
*we have a designated area to park bikes We will provide you with 4 beach cruisers. You are welcome to bring your own or there are many local spots to rent bikes. We also have 4 beach chairs available for you to use.

keyless entry private entrance Apartment is on third floor guests must go up two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The very back of the apartment is our space and will be inaccessible to guests. There is a private sign marked on that door. Free on street parking. Guests will have access to four bikes to utilize during their stay if desired. There is an outdoor shower and storage area under the stairs available for guests only.

*as this is our home and primary residence we would prefer respectful families or a small group of mature friends who will be mindful of our family and neighbors
*guests must be able to go up two flights of stairs to enter apartment It is on the third floor and no elevator.
*there are two friendly dogs on the property- they will always be contained within a fence so you will not have physical interaction with them but you may hear them 🙂
*4 beach tags will be available for guests to use Beach tags must be returned for future guests to use. If lost or not returned we request a replacement fee of $25 per beach tag. beach tags are not needed in the off season

- laundry detergent if you choose to do laundry
- beach towels
**a few toilet paper rolls / paper towels/ napkins will be provided but not restocked during your stay**

the gardens area is a beautiful quiet section of ocean city Enjoy the north end beaches which are typically much less crowded compared to downtown. The north street playground/ basketball court is right up the street a couple blocks away if you have young kids. It is set away from the busy summer traffic of downtown/ the boardwalk but still close enough to get there if you want to.
getting around
our neighborhood has free on street parking We suggest biking to get to all the local spots. Most parking spots in town are metered, and the beach has metered parking as well. We will happily supply 4 beach cruisers for your enjoyment. Our place is about 0.4 miles from beach which is about an 8 minute walk or a 2 minute bike ride/ and or drive. It is about the same distance to get to the bay.
