The Mid Century Modern Bohemian design (TOT License # 30640) provides a simple clean space with a warm cozy atmosphere. Walk through the French doors and let the vacation begin. We designed the pool on the side-yard taking advantage of our "end of the culdesac" location with no direct neighbors. You can lounge by the large pool or spa enjoying the golf course and mountain views. As the sun is setting behind the mountains, move over to the separate backyard to watch the sunset while dining al fresco or cozying up by the fire.

our hidden gem is walking distance to the coachella & stagecoach music festivals (empire polo club) and a short drive to the bnp parabis open in indian wells Located in a guard gated golf course community with many amenities including tennis courts, pickle ball, gym, golf & clubhouse restaurant. We can accommodate two cars in the garage as well as space for two additional cars on the driveway (no overnight street parking allowed). Fully stocked kitchen with Kuerig coffee maker. On site washer/dryer. Flexible check-in/check-out. Flat screen Smart TV's in all rooms. 5G WiFi throughout the home and backyard. Beautiful brand new pool and spa with Gas BBQ grill. Cozy up inside by the warm fireplace in the living room or outside by the fire pit.
we are located on the indian/mountain course tee 11 so you should not get any golfballs in the yard but being on a golf course there is always a chance
