- if you are booking in august-november i highly recommend getting booking insurance as we can get hurricanes during that time and can’t offer refunds thank you!
-please do not open the back door located in the kitchen next to the stove, it is very hard to close and lock once it is opened
-please know there is a little step down from the living room to the kitchen
-we take pride in keeping this property very clean, but we do allow pets, so if you are allergic to pets please book at your own discretion
