Newly renovated basement apartment with a ceiling height of 6ft 8 inches throughout. We allow dogs only and the PET FEE is $50 per pet and must be paid before you arrive. If you do not disclose your pet the fee will be $250 per pet. There is an additional cleaning fee of $75 for extended stay (7 nights or more). The location lends to easy access to all Denver and Colorado has to offer with walking to Highlands - West and Highlands Square as well as Tennyson district, full of boutique shops, restaurants, coffee and trendy bars! within 10 minutes to Downtown and 5 minutes to 1-70, the gateway to our Colorado Rocky Mountains. Uber, lyft and cabs are also convenient and low cost ways to get around town. Car2Go is a rent by the minute program as well. The cars are Mercedes and they offer sedans and a suv. If you decide to sign up for Car2Go, do it before your arrival. It takes a couple of days. the remodel was completed december 2017 The basement apartment has a separate and private entrance near the front of the house. Your space is totally separate from the main floor, and you do not have to access any area of the upstairs to get to the basement area and we do not have to access your area at any time either. We are available to help with any needs but our interaction can be as much or little as you would like. The space has everything that you need to make it your home away from home. You will be provided with all the utensils, plates, and glasses that you will need to have a dinner, snack, or drink. Cable and wifi are included. We have a dog so you do not have access to the backyard at any time. The bathroom is the real show stopper with a separate soaker tub to help you relax and a large rain shower. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with a closet to hang up your clothes. We have a pack and play if you have young children that will need accommodations as well. You have your own controls for heating and air conditioning so you can keep the temp where you like.. As I said, we do have a dog and we have a 4 year old. We try to keep the noise down as much as possible but there may be an occasional bark and or cry.
