Our nearest grocery store is less than 1 mile away. Getting to downtown Denver is a easy 10 minute drive, or a lovely ~3 mile walk or bike ride, allowing quick access to Coors Field (baseball), Ball Arena (hockey, basketball, concerts) the Colorado Convention Center, DCPA (the theater district) and the newly renovated Union Station district.

denver is home to many parks, and we are close to sloans lake park, rocky mountain park, pferdsteller park and berkley park it is a walkers/joggers wonderland! if you are traveling with your dog(s), berkley park has a small dog park too!
our dogs have always been a part of the family and we are happy to allow well behaved dogs the chance to enjoy our house too the backyard is fully fenced in, and this neighborhood loves dogs!
lastly, there is easy access to the two major highways serving denver and the surrounding areas; making a commute to denver tech center, the airport, mountains and ski-resorts, red rocks, and boulder very assessable
