quiet hours & max occupancy:
per city of henderson, twelve (12) overnight guests maximum allowed, no exceptions quiet hours and pool usage is not allowed during:
10:00 pm - 10:00 am (weekends)
10:00 pm- 7:00 am (weekdays)
the city of henderson has very strict rules regarding noise in place Please kindly respect our neighbors. We have zero tolerance for noise or disturbances. Quiet hours are strictly enforced.

the heater will turn on and shutdown automatically We apologize in advance if there is a storm or high winds during your stay as the weather is unpredictable in Las Vegas. Please understand the pool is not dirty if it has a some debris caused by weather, however, we have scheduled weekly pool maintenance and a pool skimmer is available for your convenience. During the winter months, we cannot guarantee the pool will reach ideal temperatures as it is not covered.
please notify us at least 48 hours before check-in for heating requests The pool equipment is only to be operated by the host. Do not tamper with the pool equipment, you may be responsible for any damages. Pool shall not be used during quiet hours.
