Welcome to our stunning home in Old Town North! We are a short stroll to Down Town “Old Town” Fort Collins featuring numerous breweries, coffee shops, dining and shopping. CSU is a 5 min drive or even quick bike ride. we fell in love with this neighborhood and think you will too!

Whether you’re curling up with your favorite beverage for conversation or game night, or prepping for a night in Old Town, we think you are going to love our comfortable, clean, stylish home. we have tried to make this a place you'll want to come back to over and over, but mostly we just hope you have fun!

location: our old town north home is within walking distance to new belgium brewery and downtown (“old town”) fort collins Old Town has everything from restaurants, bars, and shopping to live entertainment in the square throughout the year. You also have quick access to the Poudre River (3 min walk). You will find trails that lead you along the Poudre River. Bikers and walkers of all ages and stages enjoy our trail systems. For family fun, the Discovery Museum, Lee Martinez Park (amazing outdoor play ground), and The Farm at Lee Martinez are within minutes of our home. A five minute drive could land you at the indoor Mulberry Pool for lap swimming or water park fun and beach entry for the littles. the lincoln center has an amazing performing arts following and is also a walk or quick drive from our home! here for a graduation, sporting event, or other csu experience? we are only a 5 min drive away!
kitchen: the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain in our home Includes a toaster, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener. The dining room comfortably seats six but the bench seats along the window by the table can easily seat up to 4 and up to 6. We also have folding tables to help accommodate those larger families. Please let us know your head count and we can help ensure you have all you need to feed you and your guests comfortably.
bathrooms: there is a main floor half bath and private primary bathroom In addition, we have two full bathrooms upstairs and additional 4th bathroom in basement. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

parking: plenty of street parking and two dedicated parking spots in the attached garage

aboslutley no smoking or vaping in or on the property grounds If evidence of such is discovered, additional fees will apply.
(2) dogs are allowed but must be arranged during your reservation or before arrival We love dogs, but some guests do not. We ensure a deep and detailed clean after your fur babies stay with us to ensure all guests arrive to a clean home. Certain breeds will not be allowed. If any evidence of indoor soiling is discovered, guests will be charged for a whole house carpet clean estimated at $550.
