the well-manicured exterior of the home is absolutely dreamy! take a dip in the large swimming pool that features a whirlpool in one corner, soak in the heatable 12-person whirlpool that overlooks the town of taxco below, and sit back and relax in one of the cushioned lounge chairs this is where you go to refresh your body and soul!
on the far side of the pool, you’ll find an open-air, covered area with a bbq for grilling and a dining table, also with incredible views!
the inside of the home is just as impressive, with an open floor plan that includes the sitting area, dining table, and a wet bar with a large tv and cushioned bar stools An amazing space perfect for socializing, surrounded by large windows and glass doors that open up to the outside.
the well-equipped kitchen is stocked with great appliances, all the basics you’d need to prepare any meal of the day and lots of counter space for easy meal prep A private cook is available for hire, just let us know! the 12-person hot tub can be heated for an extra fee Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival for the current amount to be paid upon arrival in cash. The pool with the whirlpool can not be heated due to its size.
a private cook can be provided for an extra fee Please reserve at least 48 hours in advance.
daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee Please let us know in advance.
guests will need to sign a rental agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival
we kindly ask all guests to abide by these house rules:
- travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book
- no smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- no parties, events or illegal activities are permitted Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- no more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed
- no tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds
- renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay
- renters must provide a government id on check-in day and may need to show id during their stay when identity verification is necessary
