This unique, spacious 3 story home located on the Guadalupe River possesses a stately rustic charm. 3 levels of balcony provide plenty of space for grilling, sipping, and relaxing. From the porch, you'll be tempted to go down to the enormous yard space where you'll be greeted by a fire pit, and a regulation size game of horseshoes. Walk a little further, and you'll find your toes dipping in the Guadalupe River. (Please note, the river is currently low, and some of the pictures reflect a full river and summer vegetation.)
once you return to the house, there is plenty of space to spread out and relax on one of 3 floors Bedrooms are located on the first and third floors, while the second floor is reserved for entertaining in the full size kitchen and comfortable living room with vaulted ceilings.
