There are 3 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard, and pool-side food and bar cabanas (seasonal). Walking distance to shops, restaurants. Saida is a great place for families or adult get-a-ways.
our condo has all new appliances, flooring, a washer/dryer, and we're giving you access to the owners' closet w/beach chairs, toys, boogie/skim boards, tennis rackets, etc) A great perk to keep your packing to a minimum ! (During Spring Break wrist bands are required for people ages 10 - 32; they're $25 +tax / ea. You buy them upon check-in at the Management office.) Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $99/pet for the entire duration of your stay..
