Welcome to Liberty Belle! A stunning and classy three-story home in the heart of North Shore! This 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home is located just a 20-minute walk from the famous Walnut Street Walking Bridge, and a mere 6-minute drive to Downtown Chattanooga. The Liberty Belle is also dog-friendly! We are happy to offer this perk, as not many vacation homes in the area are pet friendly. This welcoming home will be the focal point of your stay in Chattanooga, and will provide a relaxing environment with a fully stocked kitchen, fenced in backyard, and spacious, clean, and beautiful bedrooms and living areas. Our Favorite Things About This Home: Not only does this home boast a spacious environment with tasteful décor, but it also has several desirable amenities that will make your stay even more enjoyable! Enjoy the piano in the living room, as well as a large outdoor patio with a fenced in backyard and plenty of seating. There is also a propane fire pit in the center of the patio coffee table. The secondary living space downstairs has surround sound speakers, a large flat screen TV and a very comfortable couch; the perfect place to watch a movie with firends and family! Home Layout: As you enter the home, a stairwell will bring you up to the main living area with a fireplace, piano, cozy sectional and seating, as well as large windows pouring in natural light. To the right you will find an office/sitting room. In this room you will find a TV, desk and chair, kids’ toys, and a couch that transitions to a full size pullout bed. Just off the main living area you will find the beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large island, and bar stool seating. There is a half-bathroom right off of the kitchen. As you head upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom showcases a King bed, a full bathroom with a standing tiled shower, and a soaking tub with jets. The other two bedrooms are located across the hall – one with a Queen sized bed and the other with a Queen sized bed as well as a Twin sized bed. Between the master and these two bedrooms is another full bathroom. Heading downstairs, you will find a beautiful secondary living room with a game table, large couch, and big flat screen TV. There is also a full bathroom located in this secondary living area. The large patio and fenced in backyard can be accessed off of this room. Things to Know About This Property: The driveway of the home is steep but it levels out at the top. Low clearance vehicles will not be able to park on the driveway but there is a parking pad right below the home and free street parking out front along the residential neighborhood. This is a 3-story home. You will have to climb stairs This property is not wheelchair accessible and if you or someone in your group hasphysical impairments this property may not be the best fit for you. Guests will have no access to the inside of the garage, as this is a place for the owners to supply belongings. The 3 fireplaces in the home are not operable and are for decor purposes only! Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.
