Walk down the picturesque Pier Rd and Langsford Rd to capture the views and lobster boats in Cape Porpoise harbor. This house sleeps 14 people maximum and is now fully air conditioned! The main house has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Both floors have their own primary en-suite! The first floor features a stunning chefs kitchen with enough space to cook for everyone, living room, dining area, and a primary bedroom en-suite. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a bonus room with a couch, table & chairs, games, and 2 twin trundle beds (4 twin beds). The garage has a ping pong table for those rainy days! The guest house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a beautiful kitchen/living room area. Step outback and relax in the private fenced in yard. Patio furniture, outdoor dining table for 8 people, and BBQ grill included. This property is well equipped with beach chairs, linens, cooking supplies, and much more. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! This property has parking for 5 vehicles maximum. This property has a 30 lbs pet weight limit and maximum of 2 dogs with prior approval only. Pet fee is $150/dog.
