this cute, brick, one story 1940's home was fully remodeled in 2022 with a fun modern vibe The entire home is one level which is perfect for families with younger children or individuals who enjoy a nice place without steps to navigate. Why pay for 2 or 3 cramped, cookie-cutter hotel rooms with uncomfortable sleeping arrangements when you can spread your family out in 3 bedrooms and get a good night's sleep for less money? Our cozy home is located in a nice, safe, centrally located area of Dubuque very close to Flora Park, Bunker Hill Golf Course and the relaxing Body & Soul Day Spa. We are 1/2 a mile from Clarke University, less than a mile to University of Dubuque and 1.5 miles from Loras College. Emmaus Bible College is 1 block away. Bunker Hill Golf Course (public course) is 4 blocks away and you can walk just a few blocks to one of Dubuque's biggest and best parks. Flora Park has several fun kids play areas, a wonderful community swimming pool and several tennis courts. Hillcrest Park is also just a few blocks down the street in the other direction. Our home also has a large, newly fenced (June 2023) flat back yard that is great for kicking a soccer ball around or playing frisbee. Dogs love it! New patio area added June 2023. Home has convenient off street driveway parking for 2 vehicles. No steps to navigate to the entrance..
