Positive: The owner is exceptional at taking care of his apartment. The breakfast was good, typical italian colazione but with sufficient portions.

Negative: The parking area is a bit problematic but not impossible. They advertise there is no parking but still help you find a spot.

Summary: Outstanding place. Very quiet and lovely mountain views. Walking distance to restaurants.
