Two Great decks--the upper deck overlooks the property and has a grill . The lower deck is a bit more private coming off the lower level bedroom. A short walk down the driveway and across the road to your waterfront . A walk out deck leading to an octagon for swimming and or fishing. Two fire pits are available for your pleasure. Kayaks and canoue are also available for your use (upon request) to truly enjoy sand pond.
