The separate basement apartment consists of 2 connected rooms (a sleeping room with 2 large single beds that can be joined and en suite bathroom and a living room with a convertible 2 pers sleeping sofa with access to the bathroom through the bedroom) and is ideal for a family with children or as granny floor etc.
