old town hideaway is an amazing place to live in downtown steamboat It’s located in a quiet neighborhood on Soda Creek, above the detached garage of the primary property residence, but only a few blocks from the heart of town. Its only a short, easy walk to the bus stop for easy access to skiing, as well as restaurants, pubs, hiking and biking on Emerald Mountain or the Yampa River Core Trail, skiing or more at Howelsen Hill, tubing or fishing the Yampa River, shopping and more. During summer, you are also a short walk away from the Saturday Farmer’s Market. Steamboat Resort is also an easy drive, only 3 miles away, with free parking available.
