1) all guests must be declared on the reservation Parties or unauthorised guests are not allowed. Unauthorised guests will be charged at €40/guest/day.
2) only the person who booked or is added to the reservation can check-in
3) each guest on the reservation must provide a valid, working phone number
4) pets are welcome if added to the reservation Unauthorized pets will be charged at €40/pet/day and all extra cleaning costs will be charged to the guest.
5) no smoking inside the apartment or the balcony There is a €200 fine for smoking and all cleaning fees from smoke damage will be charged to the guest.
6) when using the washing machine or dishwasher, you must be at home to supervise it Once finished, turn off the water tap. This is a demand of the insurance company.
7) quite time in the building is between 22:00-8:00
8) late check-out fee of €50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am Late check-outs after 12:00 will be charged that day’s rate without discounts, but the guest does not retain the right to possession of the property.
