Welcome to my newly built 2 bedroom flat in central Fulham which is next to Chelsea and Kensington. The flat is in walking distance of the Thames Path which leads to the wonderful green space of Bishops Park, one of area's largest green spaces which also has a children's play area and is opposite a park. Nestled in a bend of the River Thames, with affluent Chelsea guarding its northern border, genteel Fulham is one of London's safe havens.

- the lounge is bright and inviting with large windows and glass doors to a private patio area
- there is a dining space with seats for 2 guests The modern kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans supplied.
- there are two large bedrooms each with its own private outside patio and with its own bathroom; the beds are set with fresh hotel-quality linen
- the flat has good airflow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators
- in the bathrooms, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries
- the apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to hotel standards before you arrive

-i provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

-i can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £50
-whilst i will not be available in person, i engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-late check-out requested in advance is available at £50 per hour The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
