Extremely close to the renowned Grimsby docks whether for work or sightseeing. The house is only a 13 minute drive to the Cleethorpes sea front and beach. The property also has ample parking.

you will have access to the whole house On entry you will find yourself in the spacious living room/dining room space. In here is the TV and the router. Continuing through you will come to the kitchen with the fridge/freezer, oven and washing machine. The boiler is also located in here should you need access. The thermostat is in the living/dining area. Out the back of the kitchen is the concrete garden. Be careful when existing this door as it is a fire safety door and will close and shut behind you.
