Our home combines modern architecture with interior design that is warm, inviting and group-friendly. The location is ideal, situated in the heart of East Austin walking distance from some of the best the city has to offer such as Ladybird lake, iconic 6th Street bars, restaurants, and breweries, and our favorite…two-stepping at the famous White Horse. There truly isn’t a more accessible location in Austin. we hope to welcome you soon and make you feel right at home in the heart of austin!

thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and modern design, natural light streams in throughout the house With an open floor plan and multiple outdoor gathering spaces including a rooftop deck with views of downtown Austin, the layout lends itself to large groups, families, and small gatherings. We’ve put great care into curating both indoor and outdoor spaces with premium furnishings (yes the mattresses too!), artwork, and fittings so that you can enjoy your stay in luxury and make lasting memories.
with a fully equipped kitchen and extra large island, cook a special meal, make a simple cup of tea or coffee, listen to music or watch the game on the large flatscreen tv in the adjacent living room There is plenty of room on the first floor for entertaining and hanging with your group. Here you will also find a pullout couch that converts to a full queen-sized bed.
bring your children and your pets, relax and kick back in the private yard just outside the sliding glass doors—enjoy the beautiful landscaping and serene sounds of the fountain designed to mimic our favorite region of italy
the dedicated first floor bedroom is decorated with mid-century modern furniture: a queen bed, storage closet, and built-in desk in case you need to get some work done A full bathroom is just outside as well as a separate closet containing full-sized washer and dryer units.
head upstairs to the second guest and main bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms and storage closets The main bedroom has a wall of windows overlooking downtown Austin and private balcony where you can cuddle up with a book or simply enjoy the view.
the third floor has a fitness corner with a peloton bike, set of hand weights, and yoga props for getting in a morning workout Just adjacent is an electric standing desk and office chair for taking zoom calls. The house is equipped with 1G Fiber if you have a need for speed. Down the hallway are two cozy twin-sized beds with their own clothing racks. Lastly there is a den with a twin-sized daybed, record player with some of our favorite records, and a Samsung Frame TV equipped with Roku.
finally, after a day in the city, you can watch the sunset on our rooftop deck while rocking in chairs, listening to music on sonos, and taking in sweeping views of downtown austin

Head West and you're a short 5-10 minute Uber to Barton Springs, University of Texas’ Campus, Moodys Arena, and Rainey Street (all are also accessible via bike or scooters which are widely available near the house - 91% Bikability score). plus, downtown austin is less than a mile which gives you easy access to the convention center and best music venues in the country!
for those in town for big events, we're 15 minutes to the circuit of the americas (cota) race track that hosts the formula 1 austin grand prix, motogp, and nascar, and 20 minutes to by car or light rail (5 min walk to the nearest station) to the new q2 stadium, home to the austin fc soccer team
last but not least, the home is less than 10 minutes to south congress by car, or accessible by bike and scooter via the beautiful ladybird lake trails Enjoy the newest bars, restaurants and retail stores at Music Lane and work your way down the avenue for a nostalgic visit to Allen’s Boots or a frosty glass of frosé at Hotel San Jose.
