this home was built with a modern vibe and you will really love the location Enjoy the peace and quiet, or take advantage of everything downtown Austin has to offer. you will feel right at home here!
you will find an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with smart tv, board games, and a very comfortable sofa where you can rest after a day enjoying the city! on the second floor, you will find two bedrooms with very comfortable queen-size beds and complete bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you don't need to worry about packing any of that! both bedrooms have a closet space with hangers, and in one of them we offer a designated office space with high speed internet so you don't need to miss a day of work
although the space can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, we are happy to make arrangements for up to 2 additional guests We have a very comfortable new couch and a queen-size air mattress that could come in handy when you are traveling in a bigger group.
we also offer a washer and dryer in unit without any additional cost, so you can plan to stay longer without any clothing inconvenience
the covered garage fits one car, but you could fit another two cars in the driveway Street parking is also not an issue here.
you will have the full house for yourself, so you don't need to worry about sharing any space with any other guests
we do have a ring doorbell with a camera that captures the front of the house, but that's the only security feature we have You can enjoy the space without worrying about your privacy.
