we have 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms in the main house to sleep 6 comfortably, and a bunkie that has a heater/a/c in the backyard to sleep an additional 2 New appliances, & new beds and mattresses, microwave oven and dishwasher are available in the fully stocked kitchen to cook a great meal. Two full washrooms are available.
we provide clean bedding, bath towels, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper for all of our guests - just bring yourself and a few essentials! relax in the hot tub or enjoy a hot sauna in a separate building on the property
we are not directly on the waterfront, but you can access the water across the trail from the cottage, a few meters from the backyard We have our canoe and 2 kayaks with life jackets you can use at your own risk. There is a public access point where you can take the canoe or kayak's out right across the trail. The Waubausene beach is a 5 minute walk or there are several additional beaches a short drive away.

we are in a quiet part of waubaushene, a perfect place to enjoy your relaxation, listen during the days to the wind through the trees and the abundance of wildlife surrounding our cottage There is a small grocery store to pick up a few items that you may need in town. We are 10 min away from the quaint town of Coldwater and Midland is 20 minutes away with a full grocery store and many other ammenties as well. We are only a mere 1.5 hrs from toronto

wifi is available throughout the house Netflix is available on the Roku TV, small beach is a 5 min walk on the Tay Trail.
***parking***, we only have parking available for 3 cars and we can not accommodate additional cars on the property parking on the street is prohibited and enforced
we are in a quiet neighbourhood, and our neighbours appreciate that all guests respect this at all times If you feel that this will be an issue with you and your guests then our cottage is not suited for you. We have to maintain good relations with our neighbours and loud voices, intoxication, loud music, and boisterous activity will not be tolerated.

if you bring your pet please clean up after it, failure to clean the poo outside and or excessive fur in home will result in a additional cleaning fee

we have parking for 3 cars only, there is no street parking allowed in tay township, please arrange to only have a max of 3 cars at the property.
