please refrain from smoking inside the home! we have sensors that can detect smoke in the suite Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee. for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture steam cleaning and aeration. You are more the welcome to smoke outside in any designated smoking areas.
★please wash dishes/ remove trash each night ★
please do not leave any left over food out or dirty dishes in the sink over night Please wash your dishes or load them in the dishwasher (if applicable). Also please remember to empty the trash each night. You can place your trash bags inside of the designated trash disposal areas outside of your suite. If you need more trash bags please feel free to contact me. Also please make sure to close the lids on tight and tie up any trash bags.
