they are building a new complex just next to our bulding , there will be construction workers and maybe noises during day working hours The Riu beach is not suitable for swimming, you will need to walk to Hotel Me in order to swim at Medano Beach and follow the Mexican Marina recommendations about the Beach flags warnings. We do not control that like the weather. Please be aware that weather can be severe in cabo. Check on the weather before your arrival.
