Townhouse with renovated turf back yard and patio, ready to make for a great stay! Great for hosting up to 6 people (8 with use of air bed). Easy access to Brooklyn and Manhattan via the subway (4 blocks) with multiple bus routes available within 1 block. Located in Crown Heights near lots of local restaurants and shops. Private backyard with patio lounge and yard games (Kan Jam, ladder golf, and spike ball). 1 block from park with soccer, basketball & baseball fields and playgrounds for kids.

townhouse with recent renovations; it's our home that we're making available while traveling out of town Lots of wedding and family photos (we got married in Sep 2019!), plenty of cooking items in the kitchen (food processor, crockpot, nutribullet, cuisinart coffee pot, juicer, toaster oven, microwave, and gas oven stove), and free street parking.
we're thinking our place is great for up to 6 people (8 with air mattress), and we have a large table that can extend to easily seat everyone (extra folding chairs available upon request)

the top floor of the townhouse is a separate rental unit (unit 2) with a tenant living there, but our unit includes the ground floor (kitchen, living room area with fold out couch), and first floor (2 bedrooms and bathroom, accessed up internal stairs) and private back yard with patio We leave the basement locked because it’s unfinished and just a storage space.
