Positive: The apartment was really lovely and did have amazing sea views. Lovely large terrace, and beautiful pool area. Short walk down to the beach and a couple of nice beach bars.
Negative: At the time of our visit (May 25) there were extensive road works across the whole conurbation. Not a single road surface had been left intact, leaving craters, raised ironwork and huge lumps in the road. Both access roads to the private parking were closed so we couldn't use it at all. Instead we had to drive round desperately looking for somewhere to park on the kerbside. There was dust everywhere and we had to dodge the diggers to get back to our car (health and safety is not a thing in Spain !).Agency staff were sympathetic but did nothing to compensate us for the considerable inconvenience. Also be aware that there is no proper oven, just a small convection oven in a cupboard, barely big enough for a pizza.
Summary: Lovely apartment, shame about the roadworks.
