the property is a lovely, modern free standing home, located close to the beaches
our home is in a quiet residential area located at a 8 minutes drive to the palm beach hotel area This beautiful home offers 3 very nice air conditioned bedrooms, 2 full and modern bathrooms, a well equipped air conditioned kitchen-living room perfect to entertain and make some delicious dishes. The living room has a large tv, and our master bedroom has a TV too.

there is a covered beautiful porch for outside breakfast, lunches and dinners so you can thoroughly enjoy the islands sunny climate
behind the home you will find a private garden with a swimming pool, a very comfortable lounge set and plenty of place to sit and relax, perfect to cool off on a very sunny day
we have a gas bbq so you can cook some great meals by the pool
there is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer, beach chairs and a cooler to bring to the beach
we value your safety so we have an alarm system that is connected to a professional security company
there is space for at least 2 cars to park on the driveway
as a gread added value you will also have access to the bona vista clubhouse It is only 40 steps from your front door and has a nice large pool and plenty of lounge chairs, as well as in indoor part with a table to have lunch or dinner. from this home, you are only about 5 minutes away from the famous beaches like arashi and palm beach At the Palm Beach hotel strip you will find any restaurant, watersports, entertainment or shopping. you will be able to enjoy quiet and privacy at home, while all the hustle and bustle of the hotels is only minutes away,
all aruba's beaches are public so you can just bring your own beach chairs and enjoy any hotel beach and enjoy the same amenities as any hotel guest
note: there is a cash cleaning fee of usd 240 upon arrival We are property managent so your rental payment goes to the home owner abroad, but the cleaning fee gets paid to a local cleaning company, so it is more efficient for us to charge this seperately.
