accessed via a private front door with a porch to hang coats, the entrance hallway (with downstairs toilet) leads straight to the lounge at the rear of the house The lounge has a comfy corner sofa and armchair that can easily seat 7 and a 65" flat screen TV. Patio doors from the lounge lead out to the beautifully landscaped rear garden, which has a patio, lawn, outside sofas for up to 8, and a hot tub for 6 people.
off to the right of the hallway is a bright and spacious kitchen diner with a dining table for up to 6 guests and a fully equipped kitchen for all your basic cooking needs The kitchen has an under-counter fridge and freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. There is a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary pods provided. Finally, there is a side door from the kitchen that leads outside to the private enclosed rear garden.
to the left of the hallway is a generous ground floor double bedroom for 2 guests with a king size 'zip-and-link' bed that can be pulled apart to make single beds on request
upstairs, there are a further 4 double bedrooms, including the master bedroom, which has its own modern en suite shower Two of these bedrooms again have 'zip and link' King Size beds that can be made up as singles if required. There is also a modern family bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower over.

- please ensure all waste and rubbish is placed in the bins provided

- the hot tub can only be used between 10pm and 7am
- guests must shower before using the hot tub to clean any / all chemicals from their skin
- no food or alcohol can be consumed in or within the dedicated hot tub area.
