seascape is a beautiful oceanfront vacation property located just 10 minute walk from downtown sooke with many bakeries, shops, and natural attractions Sooke is the gateway to the rugged west coast with incredible beaches, hiking, surfing, and so much more in the area.
please take special note that the property is comprised of 5 different rental units spread across the property Some of the units share walls so please be courteous of your neighbours.
communal areas of the property include the private dock, beach access (on low tide), and the front grassy area and deck overlooking the ocean Each of the units also has it's own private sitting and outdoor areas. There is also a shared/communal laundry facility on site to be used between the hours of 9 AM-7PM.
we rent to family groups, couples, and visitors from around the globe We do not cater to any party groups whatsoever. This is a tranquil and quiet area, and we like to rent to groups looking to enjoy the peaceful environment offered in beautiful Sooke.
